ABOUT CORY SCHLESINGER

Cory Schlesinger currently serves as Executive Director of Sports Performance for the Detroit Pistons, where he oversees all aspects of player health, performance, and athletic development.

Before joining Detroit, Cory spent four seasons (2019-2023) as Director of Performance/Head Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Phoenix Suns, where the team posted a 194-115 record and reached the 2021 NBA Finals. Cory's holistic "better, faster, stronger" philosophy has shaped championship-caliber athletes at Stanford University, UAB, and now the NBA's most promising young roster. As founder of NOT DONE YET Performance, he continues to innovate at the intersection of high-performance training and cutting-edge recovery solutions.
